The show included impersonations from Janis Joplin Bob Dylan and a farewell salute to Michael Jackson. And the tea party skit (pictured in the first photo of the gallery) was non-stop laughter. PHT GALLERY Posted By JENNY PTTER THE NUGGET Updated 5 hours ago Some warm weather and clear skies may have helped Summer in the Park to a record turnout this year. rganizers say Lee Park saw more than 10000 people throughout the day Saturday and large numbers were also on hand Sunday. Festival chairman Derek Shogren said they saw about a 25% attendance surge compared to last year with people from across Canada attendingHe said the ATM machine at the park which had $20000 in it ran out of cash during the day Saturday. Shogren said a detailed report should be out next month in which he expects they will boast of a surplus again this year. Last year the festival had a $21000 surplus which along with a $37500 grant from Celebrate ntario helped them add new features to the festival.
