Energizer celebrates Draft with gallery retrospective

fficially billed as "NHL 1st Selections of Draft: A Retrospective" this gallery will be on display on the concourse of the Bell Centre in Montreal the home the 2009 NHL Entry Draft throughout the event on Friday June 26 and Saturday June 27. The on-site collection will feature up to 18 original prints including hockey legends that were First-verall Selections from the past four decades. "Energizer recognizes the power and importance of Digital Photography and related high-tech devices to our Lithium franchise and felt that hosting a photo gallery would be really strong attraction within the 2009 NHL Entry Draft" remarked Louise Della Fortuna Brand Manager at Energizer Canada Inc. "This helps complete the fan experience and showcases the incredible talent that has been produced by the NHL Entry Draft over the years all for a good cause" added Laurel Walzak NHL’s Director of business development. "This is a very special collection of prints of some of the great NHL players who have been drafted first overall over the years" said Kevin Lovitt NHLPA Director of Corporate Sponsorships.

CMGwen Kailihiwa mother of murder victim Steven Wilcox spoke in Circuit Court during yesterday’s sentencing of Glenn Keohokapu Jr. who was convicted of manslaughter in Wilcox’s death. Wilcox’s uncle Irwin Saffery III held a portrait of the victim. Keohokapu stabbed Wilcox last June outside a Kaneohe karaoke bar. “I cannot forget nor can I get over what he has done” Kailihiwa said.
