New this season is the addition of a call for local springtime videos from amateur Cecil B. DeMilles in the Livingston County community. Previous reader photo galleries showcasing scenes of summer winter and fall have proved to be wildly popular with local submissions as well as with online visitors.

The artwork is on display at ArtVentures Gallery which is at 422 W. in downtown Brighton and is owned by Brighton City Council member Claudia Roblee. An artists’ reception which is open to the public will be held from 6-9 p.

We can’t wait to find out what the answers are. The NHL had to clarify its unsportmanlike conduct rule after Avery’s run-in with Martin Brodeur during last year’s playoffs. Then there was the “sloppy seconds” incident with the Stars that led to Sean’s return to New York. Sure it would be nice to see that Avery is truly changing his bad boy ways but we kind of hope Scrappy Sean shows up in the playoffs.
