Annenberg Foundation philanthropic work has touched everything from theaters in California New York and Pennsylvania to such art institutions as the Philadelphia Museum of Art and New York’s Metropolitan as well as the schools of communication at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Southern California. Bikers from near and far have been gathering at the Moonshine Store for the last five years to get a “moonburger” claimed as “the world’s best burger” by The Food Network. This year the motorcyclists ate 1118 moonburgers topping the last record of 800 moonburgers. Check out the photo gallery to see why the moonburgers draw so many bikers to the Moonshine Lunch Run.

— The Dime Bank Blue Crew was in action again this time volunteering at the Emergency Services (EMS) Banquet in Norwich on Saturday April 18. The banquet was held at the Norwich VFW hall on Connecticut Avenue from 5:00 to 8:00 p. This event was organized to recognize the work and dedication of local emergency services personnel. “Volunteers of the Year” from fire police and ambulance departments were also honored.
